Key Responsibilities

  • Implement social media solutions developed by the strategy team for clients on various platforms like networking sites, blogs, etc.
  • Collaborate with the strategy team to understand the reasoning behind execution.
  • Support TSBI clients and ensure adherence to strategy within the context of each assignment.
  • Use tools to measure and monitor social activities – analyze, tweak, and improve content and communications.
  • Respond and adapt to changes within social networks, including functionality, methods of engagement, and trends.

We are looking for a Manager who will be responsible for delivering content across several digital and social platforms, helping to grow the brand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Be part of daily ideation, strategy, and campaign building for various brands across digital platforms.

Media Planner and Buyer

Experience Required

Job Brief

We are looking for a Digital Planner/Buyer responsible for working with clients, agencies, sites/publishers, and internal departments to plan, buy, and traffic all digital media, with a strong emphasis on B2B, local, and national sites. Must have search and display advertising experience. The individual should be able to ingest research and data, derive relevant insights, plan the media, and communicate it clearly internally and externally. This role involves overseeing the execution of campaigns from beginning to end and contributing to the growth of the agency’s interactive media capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in development and management of effective integrated media plans and buys under Media Director’s supervision.
  • Develop objectives, strategies, plans, and presentations.
  • Create and manage media partner RFP process.
  • Maintain media plans, including budgeting, execution, reporting, optimization, and invoice reconciliation.
  • Execute all digital media plans and ensure timely adjustments.
  • Produce Creative and Specs Worksheet to keep account and creative teams informed.
  • Develop and execute paid search campaigns in Google Ads, optimizing performance as needed.
  • Stay informed on industry standards, new media programs, and advise on new ways to reach target audiences.
